• Stanley production equipment includes more than 150 CNC machining centers, which include vertical and horizontal machining centers with multi-axis capabilities, plus 5-axis turning centers, finishing equipment and gear hobbing machines. In-house programming is performed by our own skilled engineers.
• Precision machining of standard as well as exotic materials such as Waspalloy, Gammalloy, Inconel, Monel, Nitralloy and more are typical examples of our machining capabilities.
• Stanley quality control is also exceptional, incorporating four coordinate measuring machines, utilizing PC-DMIS software in their own temperature controlled test room.
• And finally, our plants are open 24 hours a day to guarantee the prompt delivery of your parts.
