Stanley Machining and Tool Corporation was founded in 1966 by Stanley and Krystyna Trzaska.  In a downtown garage in Chicago with one machine and a desk in the corner, their vision of what was to eventually become Stanley Machining and Tool Corporation began.

For three years, Stanley Machining was managed and run solely by Mr. and Mrs. Trzaska.  In 1967, the company moved to its first plant with four machines and as the reputation grew, so did the business. In 1971 a 5,000 sq foot building was purchased on the Northwest side of Chicago.

In 1978, Stanley Machining relocated to a 25,000 square foot facility in Lincolnwood, Illinois with 10 CNC's and 15 employees and remained there until 1987 when a 110,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility was purchased in Carpentersville, Illinois.

In 2008, Stanley Machining added approximately 20,000 square feet to its Carpentersville facility, and purchased a second facility in Hampshire, Illinois with 152,000 square feet.  These additions brought Stanley's total capacity to over 280,000 square feet and allows us to employ over 100 highly skilled professionals.
