Quality Control
Stanley Machining's quality control leads the way in verifying that our customers’ product will meet and exceed expectations time after time: quality is our number one priority. In our 9,000 square foot temperature controlled quality room that is MIL-I-45208A certified, we utilize four CMM machines to insure your parts are machined to your specifications.
Using our Delta Slant CMM with PC-DMIS Software, we are capable of inspecting parts with a maximum travel of up to 120" x 200" x 80" with even the tightest of tolerances.
Stanley’s in-house non-destructive testing includes Level III magnetic-particle inspection, liquid penetrate testing, ultrasonic testing, and visual testing.
