To allow Stanley Machining to increase its capabilities and produce larger scale components for our valued customers, we have recently purchased a 152,000-square-foot, Class A industrial building on 12.7 acres. Located at 200 Brandt Drive in Hampshire, Illinois, it features 91 surface parking spaces, 10 loading docks, four drive-in bays and 12,000 amp, 480v, three phase power. The facility also contains one 50-Ton crane, two 10-Ton cranes, and one 5-Ton crane.

Even during these tough economic times, Stanley Machining & Tool Corp. is dedicated to meeting our customer’s requirements through the acquisition of new equipment. In January 2010, Stanley continued to expand its capabilities with the purchase of an additional SNK-Nissin BP-130 3.5. With a X-axis of 137", the Nissin SNK allows Stanley to manufacture large components with unsurpassed accuracy.
SNK Nissin 130 Series Boring Mills are designed and built to deliver the highest degree of machining accuracy, speed and versatility. Superb design, robust construction, and premium-grade component throughout assure optimum power, precision, flexibility of application and long term machine life. The X-axis table is of a single piece casting, providing the accuracy and stability of a fully supported cast iron base. The 5-axis simultaneous control expands the 130 Series machining versatility.
