The manufacture of top-quality contract machined parts has been our strength since 1966. And today, that critical work goes forward in our 110,000 square foot state-of-the-art plant in Carpentersville, Illinois. Stanley production equipment includes vertical and horizontal machining centers with multi-axis capabilities, plus 5-axis turning centers with maximum diameters of 90", finishing equipment and gear hobbing machines. In-house programming is performed by our own skilled engineers. Precision machining of standard as well as exotic materials such as Waspalloy, Gammalloy, Inconel, Monel, Nitralloy and more are typical examples of our machining capabilities which we incorporate into Aerospace, Defense, Power, Transportation, Medical, Oil Field and Heavy Equipment industries. Stanley quality control is also exceptional, incorporating three coordinate measuring machines in their own temperature controlled test room.
